Oat Groat Meal

Laura’s Oat Groat Meal

  • 2 cups of soaked Raw Oat Groats (Presoaked for 24 hours or until soft)
  • 1/2 cup of Dates
  • 1/4 cup of Himalania Vitality Raw Nuts
  • 1/2 tea cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup Water

Blend together add water until resembles oatmeal. Top with fruit of choice and splash of Almond milk

Makes 3 Servings
