Laura’s Oat Groat Meal
- 2 cups of soaked Raw Oat Groats (Presoaked for 24 hours or until soft)
- 1/2 cup of Dates
- 1/4 cup of Himalania Vitality Raw Nuts
- 1/2 tea cinnamon
- 1/4 cup Water
Blend together add water until resembles oatmeal. Top with fruit of choice and splash of Almond milk
