I have been waiting for this to grow for some time now so happy I can finally eat it. This Ruby Red was so large I could barely eat half so I'm in for another treat later on today.
I am so happy when I can find oat groats! I made a muesli with buckwheat groats but wasn't too in love with the flavor. So soaking my groats which will be ready tomorrow morning to mix with dates, raisins, nuts and if I had dehydrated coconut flakes I would throw that in there. Tastes great with almond milk, agave nectar and strawberries. Looking forward to breakfast.
